About Pathway through Pain
Pathway through Pain has empowered many thousands of people to take control of their pain and move forward with a better quality of life. The program is proven effective by published studies and delivers all the elements of an intensive Pain Management Programme (PMP) in a digital format.
Over the 24-steps of this flexible web-based program you can expect to noticeably improve your health and wellbeing and gain the skills and knowledge to effectively manage pain and day-to-day challenges to improve your quality of life in the long term.
Our experts guide you every step of the way on your persistent pain self-management journey with us. You can take part at your own pace and will learn lifelong skills and techniques for continuing your practice into the future. Some time and motivation are required to achieve the most benefit; the key is regular practice.

BEFORE STARTING THE PROGRAM, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THROUGH THE INFORMATION BELOW
Pathway through Pain delivers all the elements of an intensive Pain Management Programme (PMP), which is for individuals with chronic/persistent musculoskeletal pain, who can agree with the following statements:
- I have experienced musculoskeletal pain for 6 months or more.
- I understand this is not a curative treatment; my pain will still be there at the end of the program.
- I have had all appropriate investigations for my pain and tried other treatments.
- My pain is causing reduced activity and unhappiness.
- I am not suffering from severe depression.
- I understand this program cannot diagnose or detect any medical problems.
- I am not waiting for further investigations or treatment which I expect will solve my pain problem.
