I have found this course very helpful, I have been able to complete it my own pace in my own home. I would not have been able to attend this course as a group session because of anxiety issues, so the way that this has been set up was perfect for me thank you.

I would recommend this course to anyone who is struggling with their pain. Completing the course online was the perfect option for me. I went at my own pace, on the days when I felt ready to complete a section then move on to another. There are 24 steps in total. I have learnt and continue to practice everything that I have been shown. It all really does work if you are prepared to have an open mind and the determination to learn the new skill sets presented here.

I found the course very helpful, especially the relaxation techniques, being made aware that pain doesn't mean damage and the stretching exercises.

I have found the course overall helpful and uplifting although I have not learned a great deal from it. There have been times when I have had a long lapse due to personal pressures or pain surges. However, I have found that when one does have a pain surge this is the best time to get onto the course to try to do something positive as it really is all about management. Thank you.

Having been diagnosed in 2015 with two missing discs I came to the course with an open mind about its potential usefulness. I have been pleasantly surprised at how easy it has been to engage with the programme. Having now completed it I would very much recommend it to anyone who either has no access to face-to-face treatment or wishes to incorporate the programme into their existing care regime.

I have been dealing with chronic pain for over 14 years. Nothing has seemed to help. Once I completed this class, I learned much more information on how to deal with pain and also learned need coping skills to deal with my problem. Today, I still have some pain but I am able to deal with it and get around daily. I would highly recommend this course to all those who feel chained down by chronic pain.

I found the meditation videos and music very helpful. I have downloaded them so I can listen to them on my mobile phone. It is a shame that the Total Relaxation Video is not downloadable as I found that the most helpful and that would be the one I would listen to the most.

I didn't expect to gain much from this course. After all living with constant pain makes you feel very negative and in a bad mood. This course taught me that movement is really important. That's what I have learnt and it's massively important. I now go to aqua fit 2 days a week and I stretch at home. I now know that exercise won't make my condition worse

Extremely useful course. I recommend this course for anyone suffering pain or who is feeling depressed. Not having to go out but doing it from the comfort of your own home makes it more manageable as you can do it in your own time to suit you. Also keeping a log on how you are feeling and different levels of pain is very important. Overall this is a good course for anyone who feels pain. Even when you may know how to control and ease the pain you suffer from time to time this programme gives you confidence to carry on and not to worry and to make you feel more relaxed. This programme also helps you to work through the pain issues to relax and pace yourself. Giving me confidence that I will get better but may have a few setbacks and knowing what to do to ease the pain and knowing when you have done too much. Knowing you are not alone and that there is support when needed. Mediation and exercise is extremely important in everyones daily life this course helps you to relax.

I found the course generally good but there were some extra positive and some negatives also. The extra positives i found were the pain relief techniques and the meditation steps which helped me more than any physical steps. The negatives i found were that there is no direct contact with any of the doctors or clinicians either via E.Mail or telephone which i feel would have helped get through certain steps and think the E.Mail would be the better option also not to assume everyone can do everything in the course such as the stretches as i certainly could not do them without causing a lot more pain lasting over a week. Generally the course is good for most people in pain. Thankyou for all the help

I thought this course was brilliant and very reassuring. I doubt my pain will ever get 'better' but I can manage it in such a way that I feel like I can live a relatively normal, life.

This course has changed my life. Realising that pain does not equal damage was like a lightbulb moment for me and gave me the confidence to move my body more. I feel as if I have my life back now, and I am keeping up with the exercise and the mindfulness and relaxation techniques. They have all made a huge difference in my pain levels and my attitude to pain. Thank you all so much. Best wishes, Tina

I cannot praise this course enough. If I could I would shake every single one of your hands, it's made a huge difference to me. This course has finally shown me the structure behind a full pain management approach, it's been so very helpful. It's competed bits of the jigsaw I've been trying to piece together since diagnosis of a chronic condition. Anyone with a condition where pain features should do this course, it would improve quality of life and save the NHS time, money and resource. I've recommended it already and it has pointed me towards other resources which I will follow up. First class, life altering, so thankful I was referred to do this, sincere thanks.

I have found this course to be an eye-opener; although I had myself taken on various methods of coping with chronic constant pain; I find that having those points validated by the Team members in this course, and having it explained to me along with further information on other methods suggested in here, means that I can tailor all the information towards my condition. I found I'd made the important connection between the pain and my mobility in this course; namely, that the pain itself isn't damaging my joints, but that increased stretching and mobility will help with muscle strength and suppleness rather than little movement and pain. I had always thought that the more it hurt the more damage it was doing. I have more confidence in living day to say with my condition now and that's thanks to this course as well. It's very reassuring to know that I can dip into and put of the course into the future too. Very Many Thanks for the help; and the way the course is arranged makes it informative without seeming overbearing. Thank You
